A new dream

This will be a short post--I have been driving all day on little sleep and I am very tired. Maybe my current fatigue is what has led me to conclude that a major goal I want to accomplish is to purchase an airplane.

It is really expensive. I haven't scoured the market, but I have found that basic, single-prop planes begin around $150,000. And then there are maintenance and fuel costs. Maybe I'll just join a flying club. I haven't decided.

No matter which I choose, I really feel like I want to get a pilot license. I can't describe how I feel about it, but it's calling.

I'm thinking about singing up for a discovery flight to see if it's as cool and I'm imagining it to be.
